Celebrating 200 years of Lesotho through culture and design!
Introducing the "Lithabeng Harmonie" blanket – a stunning collaboration between Basotho designer Mphore Mapena, the French Institute of South Africa, Aranda, and Alliance Française de Maseru. 
This unique blanket was launched in honor of Lesotho’s bicentennial and designed through a special call for Basotho designers.
We were amazed by the public's participation in selecting the winning design! 
The final choice was made from 3 preselected blankets, and your online votes helped crown "Lithabeng Harmonie" as the winner!
To mark this occasion, we organized an exclusive photoshoot with Mphore Mapena, alongside Lesotho's Paris 2024 Olympic athletes, marathonians Tebello RAMAKONGOANA and Mokulubete MAKATISI, and our amazing paralympians Komane Ralejoe, Litsitso Khotlele, and Zimesela Khamoqane.
